I’ve been hitting legs 3+ times a week because I’m just trying to make my babies grow, ya feel me? See me deadlifting more than @brennan.brown.13 in a couple of months I’m more motivated than I have ever been to achieve & surpass each and everyone one of my goals.

One year ago today.
I got news that almost devastated me.
The hemorrhaging I was experiencing was cysts in my uterus and they where sure they where cancer. .
I was told I shouldn't run.
I was told I could hemorrhage at anytime without warning.
My life was under major duress.
My mind world was taxed.
What Did I do? I plugged into my personal #FocussedFebruary.
I would usually run 5k... BUT AFTER THAT NEWS LOOKED FEAR IN THE EYE AND SAID, "TRY ME BITCH, I AM STRONGER THAN YOU.. . AND I RAN 10k IN THE SNOW"
Life is a choice.

Because 5K is my norm so I did 10k to kick ass instead.
