Omg I had one heck of a leg day! It was high intensity, sweaty, and awesome! I decided to switch things up today, and went back to the old days. I did one of @whitneyysimmons leg workouts, and added in sumo deadlifts at the beginning.
Back when I first started getting into lifting, I had almost no clue what I was doing. But then I found some awesome insta accounts that had loads of tips and workouts. It was so unbelievably helpful for me as a beginner! And I still learn so much every day! We all have knowledge and experience to share, and we can never stop learning.
My main goal for this page is to help others. Even if it’s just one person, I’ll have done what I set out to do.
