I still squat! I was feeling like I forgot how to squat! Ill be honest I havent been wanting to workout its been a big struggle. My own motivation is not there I just want to stop and eat all the snacks.. However I still show up and push through! My training has been hit and miss and I need a serious kick in the ass and some refocus.
