And I will never take them!
I don't even take any pre-workouts, fat burners, BCAA or any other stuffs like this!
The right training and diet plan rewards you with the best results! Decided to do all natural and I'm happy with the decision I made! I wanna take care of my body, I wanna better myself! Also when having such a strict low kcal diet I can't afford to waste my kcal on pre-workouts or BCAA not even on protein powder! I'll rather get some turkey and egg whites 'cuz yeah... I love foood
Multivitamin and minerals + fish oil every morning are the only things I get, I take all my nutrients from food! Also my training is very intense and during this prep I didn't get any weaker(although in calorie deficit) but stronger!
It's possible! Give to your body the right nutrients, work hard, stay committed, discipline yourself, be patient and the results will come and if moments when you feel like giving up are coming, don't do it! In one day you'll thank yourself you didn't give up, those are the moments that make you stronger!
