Blueberry &Avocado Smoothie
Two cups of frozen blueberries : rich in antioxidants
One banana : rich in potassium
A cup of spinach : eg: folate and vitamin E
1/2 a cup of Coconut water : potassium, electrolytes and helps boost hydration
Half avocado : vitamins C, E, K, and B-6, as well as riboflavin, niacin, folate, pantothenic acid, magnesium, and potassium. :
You can subscribe coconut water with sugar free almond milk for a creamy texture. I used coconut water because my kids have nut allergies.
You can also add flaxseed or almond butter as well.
Would love to know what you think of this recipe if you try it.
Have a great day.
