I think of today’s bento theme as one of the most ordered kid food menu items. Fun size food and dips makes eating more enjoyable, right? 😄 These nuggets are gluten and grain free and they contain a vegetable 🍠. The recipe is for Sweet Potato Chicken Poppers from @unboundwellness. I ❤️ them because they’re tender, and the sweet potato gives a hint of sweetness and doesn’t make it seem like “oh, no, not a vegetable!🤨” Even better, it makes a bunch in batch in the oven with no frying involved or standing over a stove. 🙌🏻 And they are perfectly dippable into Ranch, BBQ or any other sauce👍🏻

I like to make homemade dressings, and I recommend these brands:
1 -2 celery stalks, cut into 3” pieces
1 T sunflower seed butter, unsweetened
1 tsp shredded coconut, unsweetened
1. Spread sunflower seed butter into wells of cut celery.
2. Sprinkle coconut over sunflower seed butter for “snow”.
