You know your girl LIVES for a giant kale salad. 🥗🥑||
Flakey sea salt, non-negotiable. I’ve just been throwing myself into the holiday spirit by way of champagne, candy, caramel corn—you name it. My stomach is not happy with me, so I’m bringing it back to the basics, as I tend to do when I feel “off.” I rarely follow a recipe for salad, but for this guy, I did:
▫️1 head of lacinato kale, chopped into really fine slivers.
▫️Juice of half a 🍋, 2 tbsp olive oil, splash agave or maple syrup and 2 tbsp nutritional yeast in a large bowl.
▫️Mix the dressing together and add in the kale; massage until soft.
▫️Add salt and pepper to taste.
▫️Lastly, add in chopped avocado, marinated shallots, herbs, and any other veggies you want.
▫️Serve and top with large flake sea salt.
