They sell dirt in Uzbekistan! 😱
Have you seen it in my yesterday post? (If not, check it now❗) Well, not dirt exactly, but clay. Still, isn't it just making money out of thin air? For me, it seems ridiculous a bit. Though cosmetic clay costs money... I don't know 😂
But do you know why people sell and, what's most important, but clay? To eat! They say, it's medical and can make up the missing minerals 🤔
Also, you can find lots of prepared traditional dishes and #snacks. But you won't find (luckily) any fired insects that are typical for Southeast #Asia. And it's so cheap! 🤑 Traditional #flatbread "lepeshka" is $0.15 (the second photo). 1 "somsa" with meat (an individual portion of a pie) is $0.5. A #vegetarian one is $0.2. You'll never be hungry when #traveling around #Uzbekistan. Moreover, because the welcoming locals will always invite you to share a meal with them if you're broke.
Oh, I miss those times of an endless #gluttony... 😆
