A shift in MINDSET made all the difference in the world I had to find the "key" that worked for me. The internal changes completely surpass the external and I couldn't be more content, in this moment right now I knew 2018 was MY year!
The pic on the left was taken January 14th. I weighed 116 lbs. Junk food, wine , and depression ruled my life, majority of the time. I went to the gym ️♀️ 4 x per week, to get out of the house, but had really no idea how to get RESULTS. My self-esteem kept dragging me down. Being a stay-at-home-mom, I felt lonely and lacking drive, because I was giving every last drop of love I had to everyone EXCEPT myself. What mother wouldn't?! Little did I know there is this thing called BALANCE.
The pic on the right was taken today, August 14th. I weigh 124 lbs. Nutrition rules the roost in my home NOW, along with personal development books, adequate sleep, and plenty of water. My children even eat healthy, #MOMWIN!! I feel like ME again; happy, fun, proud, motivated, energetic, productive, and organized! Staying active everyday is at the top of my priority list because.....well, I'm not getting any younger AND it helps control my stress level. I have 3 young kiddos (12, 3, 2) that I need to keep up with and be around for, for atleast another 40 years. Pushing play with a personal trainer, in my OWN home, is both convenient for ME and has gotten me visible results that I couldn't get on my own. Surrounding myself with a positive environment of motivating and goal-driven people has provided me with encouragement, friendship, and even some extra income!
