Super proud of myself! I've now lost 9kgs in total! This month I lost a kilo a week. (I was aiming for 10kgs in total at this point but I got close haha) I'm also only 3 kilos off my goal weight
2nd month in at the gym and so much has changed for me this month. I used to hate running and now I love it and I've gone from not wanting muscles to wanting them. I do a lot less cardio and have been pushing myself with heavier weights instead. I've also continued to eat really healthy and I'm loving foods that I didnt love before. Each week becomes easier and easier to not snack on bad stuff, I actually love grabbing fruit to eat in between meals now and enjoy drinking water a lot more. It really is a lifestyle change but I couldn't be happier that I'm doing it.
My advise to anyone else on a fitness journey is to not give up. There were moments when I felt like I was making no progress because I couldn't really see it but I deffinitely was and not giving up eventually payed off. It is a lot of hard work and effort but if you want it bad enough you can do it and you'll love seeing and feeling the results. #fitnessjourney#healthyliving#gohardorgohome#fit#healthy#absarecoming
