(26/04) Telah berlangsung acara MGEI Belajar materi Petrografi Batuan Beku.
Acara ini dilaksanakan dari pukul 18.30 WIB bertempat di Laboratorium Mineralogi Optik dan Petrografi, Gedung Teknik Geologi, UPN "Veteran" Yogyakarta.

These two pictures are two months apart. This transformation is not one with dramatic change but progression is progression no matter how small! Fat loss is currently my aim especially around my abs and it feels good to see the change is happening even if it is fairly slow! But it's nice to see my waist is beginning to take shape again and my definition is making an appearance.
The last 2 months I've focused on eating right.. healthy and balanced. I've also been putting in 4/5 shifts in the gym each week which has exhausted me but well worth it! The goal moving forward is to up the diet a knotch a long with upping my training! People who say weight training makes you massive are lying! Weight training makes you lean.. toned and defined!
If I can look even better than this in 2 months I'll be very happy
First tough track workout of the spring was a humbling experience.
Gotta get ready...Hoover Dam GutCheck sprints start next week and my birthday 400m Challenge is right around the corner
•400m warm up
•800m sub 2:30 pace
•400m sub 1:10 pace
•200m x 2
•100m x 2.
Rested 3 minutes after the 800m and after the 2nd 400m. The 200s and 100s were max effort (well whatever was left in the tank by that point) and we walked an equivalent distance in between each for recovery. My hamstrings are lit up!
Dernier rappel a l’allure marathon en fin de semaine dernière pour la team avant les championnats de France a Albi ce week end. 3x5000, sur un rythme de 3’30 au km pour moi. Ce week end ce sera semi pour ma part ! Best team Bonne journee ♂️
