Sometimes you will just feel a big shit. But that's okay, that's normal. It's okay to feel down and it's also healthy to have such an emotional balance in your life. Growing as a strong person you will learn to cope and understand your down days. Personally, I hate moping about at home, it will just make me feel worse, so I will also aim to go out with my loved ones... and when you get hot chocolates looking like this, it'll always bring a smile to your face.
