Why I wake and bake each day is pretty reasonable I'd say..
It gives me that boost of positivity that I desperately need to start my day off on the right foot. A lot of my anxiety is related to not being good at staying in a routine. When I wake up and I'm in a routine, the first thing I do is enjoy a cup of hot tea(sometimes coffee) and a bowl of that good ol' devil's lettuce😈
It helps me prepare for that unrelenting feeling of doom I have after waking up in the morning/afternoon. *usually associated with getting myself organized and mentally ready for the day. The reason my attacks get out of control sometimes is because I'm off of a routine. Eventually I get to the point of being emotional and irritable while I'm awake, just wanting to go back to sleep or even die. This is not only difficult for me but it also puts a tremendous amount of strain on my relationships. You can't be your best self, when you don't take care for your mental health, yo!
