〰️ Tofu udon noodles 〰️
This one is super easy, and delicious. I used to buy pre-marinated tofu, but this time I just bought a block of firm tofu, and made my own stir fry sauce of soy, sesame oil, chilli sauce, rice wine vinegar and curry powder.
For stir fry noodles, you can practically use anything from your fridge. I had a bit of leftover packet kale slaw, it was starting to look a bit sad, so I threw it in the wok with other veggies and saved them from being thrown in the compost.
