An easy and quick way to eat quite healthy.... because in my opinion eat fully healthy means eat fully or more you can, raw!!! But, basmati rice w/ black kale steamed and seasoned w/ coconut oil, Curry and Himalayan salt, it's a good start if you still can't eat everything raw....
Of course You can use more vegetables if you have time to cook
