I usually try to smile while I'm exercising. It changes my whole experience. But tonight when I hit the treadmill (I'm not much for cold weather running) I had the hardest time smiling with a big mirror in front of me. It just felt awkward and that left me wondering why it can be so hard to be kind to ourselves. Positive self talk is a great way to show ourselves kindness- but it's something that takes practice so this week that's what we're working on--maybe you'll join us. Before falling asleep say a few nice things about yourself. Put some good ISH out in the universe and manifest what you want. .
