🇬🇧 Cheats day .....
Good or bad ?
Well If I have to explain by my own experience, I would say it’s all about psychology. We all say for one day nothing happens , we deserve it .
But if you are on diet , trying to loose weight ,it’s not recommendable to have a cheat day , the fact many people eat a lot of calories those days it won’t help either .
I am one of the people who does a cheat day but as I said it’s all in my mind , the fact I workout heavy , I have a healthy lifestyle, all my food goes to an scale , I track my carb , proteins , fat intake per day .
I work , cook , clean , looking after a dog , study ..... a week could be very stressing and I always liked fat food , take away and some sweets . It does not excuse it but it does make me feel happy with myself , that luxury is a gift to calm down myself of be 100% working hard everyday
Life is about enjoying it
Life is about feeling good inside and out if you still feel proud for one cheat day on your journey then do it , but it’s nothing to do about good or bad , actually it won’t help eating all calories in one day that you kept yourself away for whole week.
If you are trying to loose weight, think in your goals once you are there ,cheats day will be your election and believe me when I say they won’t be hard to skip or do it only one meal a week !
