The weather today is so weird! 18th day of Summer, it's been so hot but today it's been cloudy, cold(ish) and raining! But it does make for nicer photos and good computer work weather 💙 Lunch was pasta with mushrooms and tofu in a super yummy and easy sauce. For the sauce I firstly fried a cubed roma tomato with two cloves of sliced garlic with pink salt. In a blended I put a whole avocado, nutritional yeast, salt, pepper, soy sauce and garlic powder, added the fried tomato and garlic and blended till smooth 😙
