Double @GoZwift Academy session today. First one was workout 7. Intensive Aerobic (the video clip). Basically the workout builds up to a 10min threshold-ish type effort. It was Ok. I then had an hour's rest before jumping into my last Group Ride. Held 2.3w/kg average. Felt surprisingly good considering my earlier effort. So a great recovery ride.
I'm now 75% through. Just 3 workouts and 1 TT race, on Wednesday, to hit 100% completion and my 1/10 of a bicycle for the @Qhubeka charity will be done.
