Our multi-cut cabbage experiment has come to a close and here are some of the heads from the final harvest. They are smaller but still firm and delicious, and since multiple heads form from each plant after the first harvest, the second harvest actually matched the first in total yield!
I just shared the full record of this trial in our online Classroom. (Link in profile) This includes our planting and harvesting timeline, spacing and yield numbers, and more photos of the process. Just search for “cabbage” in the Classroom and this will be the first post that pops up for you.
