my fridge is always filled head to toe with some pretty veggies prob to the point where I annoy my roomie (@samanthajross ) cuz I take up so much space.. but a girls gotta eatt ♀️. here are some of my current favorite veggies that happen to be low FODMAP this week I’ve been eating low FODMAP as a little self experiment. FODMAPs can be tricky bcuz foods that are normally nutritious, can be high FODMAP & not great for people struggling with intestinal/digestion issues. Ex. onions, garlic, asparagus, mushrooms & cauliflower should all be avoided if you’re struggling with SIBO, IBS & other digestion issues. Here are some low FODMAP veggies that I’m diggin right now. Arugula, zucchini, bell peppers, fennel bulb, Bok Choy - (these are rebel greens from @organicgirl & they’re my new favorite greens for salads right now!), kale & watermelon radish. ***If you’re wondering wth a FODMAP is, don’t worry.. i had never even heard of it before studying nutrition- & if you want more info on that & other digestion struggles head on over to @keribrookshealth page & check out her posts on SIBO, FODMAP & ALL THINGS DIGESTION - she is my mentor & knows far more on the topic than I do!
