I’m in my F I F T H week of training sessions.
It’s taken a few years to get back into regular weight training + I’m LOVING IT!
My body is responding nicely (+ also not so nicely 😩) but most importantly, the shift in my diet over the past few months is getting back on track.
I’m often an emotional eater yet my approach to food has changed so much over the years + continues to.
I try not to beat myself up for slipping these days but this last slip lasted quite a while so it was time to be accountable to someone else + get my arse back to my values.
H E A L T H + mindful eating.
#Recovery comes in many forms.
Ask yourself - What are you putting into your body today?
Is it beneficial?
Is it fuel?
Is it emotional?
Or is it still a form of harmful substance that’s legal because it’s labelled + sold as ‘food’.
