Took these yesterday up in #greenvillecountysc and this first photo takes about the bridge that used to connect #yeathatgreenville to #ashevillenc a very long time ago. The name of the #bridge that is still partially here is the Poinsett Bridge. There are also a few #walkingtrails up there as well. I walked one 3 of them in the 96 or 97 degree heat yesterday. And I am very happy to tell you that I DID NOT pass out hiking! Woo ho! The only reason I did, besides to take pictures(I AM a photographer after all), was because it was mostly #shaded up there. I #hiked for 1 hour and 4 minutes. I am slowly but surely getting use to the heat and #humidity here in #southcarolina
These photos are taken with my camera phone. I will attempt to download the photos from my Canon 30 D camera within the next few days. Praying I am no longer blocked from doing so. I am NOT friends with the lady who mentioned me the other day, a few minutes after I posted my last post. So stupid why Instagram would block me just because she started following me or mentioned me on a post.
Have a blessed, happy, and safe Independence Day! May you all Americans REMEMBER WHY WE CELEBRATE THIS IMPORTANT DAY IN OUR HISTORY! God BLESS OUR MILITARY, including our Veterans and the ones who have given their lives for #ourfreedoms
Take a second to read the lyrics that the kids at the Greenville Juvenile Detention center wrote yesterday. This re-write of our song “Tired” was a group effort by the boys during our writing session with them. We only wish you could have heard them sing it! We are so grateful for the chance to bring positive change in a part of our community and we encourage you to get involved in ways that use your gifts. #positivechange#modernfolk#musicwithapurpose#juveniledetentionprogram#greenvillecountysc

Here’s a picture of the group of culinary students and design students from the Donaldson vocational school program. Today McDonald’s of Greenville, Dream Big Restaurants, presented information on @McDonald’s packaging product information to the group. We will be back to measure the results and see how they did in their finished product. It was a great day! #greenvillecountysc#donaldson#ourfuture#dreambig
