Although I didn’t do the cooking I did make the dry rub for those wings! I’ve been know to just take all kinds of things from my pantry and throw it all together, rubs, salad dressing, anything with spice blends and it’s a great way to use up your spices before they expire!
This one is pretty similar to the dry rub I make for bbq also! Wanna know what it is??? Brown sugar
Seems like a lot but I’d bet you have most of these in your pantry already! And if you don’t, you can probably leave them out! The key things to absolutely have for a bbq flavor are brown sugar, salt, chili powder and smoked paprika, from there you can experiment!
