Tips for back:
1.Always make sure you feel your back, 2.all repetition every exercise
3. rehearsals between 20 and 12
4. many isolated movements exercises
5.I do samting like 24 sets for back and more 3 for Lower back
I always start with same pul over to Stretch the back samting like 2 sets and after this I start me workout.
The next back workout will be photographed so you can see everything in real time.
