All of our classes and our workouts are designed to improve your general strength and fitness and have a total body impact. We squat, lift, run, row, pull and push. No matter what we do, we aim to give you the biggest bang for your buck. We do this by ensuring you are moving correctly and efficiently. We take everything right back to the core, it's where it all starts. By correctly 'engaging your core' you will develop your overall ability and strength, limit injuries in and out of the gym and see significant progress in the way you move.
