If you think you’re gonna put on 40lbs of muscle in a few months, think again.
Unless you’re taking steroids, that is just an unrealistic goal to have.
With all the fake transformations on social media, most people think building muscle happens quick.
The simple truth is that if you want a good physique, you have to make it part of your LIFESTYLE. This includes nutrition & recovery, not just training.
You could be lifting for 5 years, but the second you take a week or 2 off your body will begin to go back to its normal state.
Now this may seem scary and disappointing but don’t worry it’s get EASIER.
Once you figure out what type of training you like, it won’t be hard to go to the gym, because you’ll be looking forward to your workouts.
At a certain point you will love training so much that it will be hard for you to take a rest day.
Also, I don’t know if it’s just me but I find that getting a pump in the gym is extremely addicting and will help motivate and push you through your workouts.
Eating healthy becomes easier because your body is able to function more efficiently, and soon all the junk food you crave now, will make you feel sick. You will also have huge boost in your mood and energy, because of its detoxing effects.
