Bicep curls. When I train biceps I superset my exercises, so I do 10 wide grip bicep curls by 3 sets and I do 10 close grip bicep curls by 3 sets.
I find doing this at the end of my pull day really helps to burn out the bicep. After I have this superset done I then do hammer curls 10 reps by 3 sets with 60 seconds rest.
I would definitely recommend giving this a try and feel how much it burns your biceps the burn is real 🔥. Was only at the gym 3 times this week due to working late and having soccer training but some cardio is badly needed, it’s also really good to help stimulate muscle growth 💪🏻
