With summer arriving I have been bombarded with questions concering a shortcut to 6 pack abs

Well there is no short cut. Your abdominal section is made up of muscles, and just like the muscles in your back or arms it takes time to grow

My first tip would be to get your nutrition in check. You don't have to count your macro's, I don't. I just eat and live a healthy lifestyle. To be 100% honest I hate dieting

My second tip would be to set aside a day just for core and cardio. If you spend one day on each body part, arms, legs, chest, back, and shoulders you should also spend a day on your abdominal muscles. You want your body to be equally proportioned

I choose to hit abs hard twice per week, and ill spend anywhere from 30-45 minutes on them just like I would any other body part

Tip #3 would be to incorporate abs exercises that invoove weights because it is the only way you will get your abs to pop out and look defined just like the rest of your body. Regular crunches are great but hours of those won't get you the results you want. -
Here are a few weighted ab exercises you can do that I incorperate into my abdominal workout
1. Weightes crunches (machine or on the floor)
2. Cable crunches
3. Leg raises with a dumbbell between your feet

I'm not built to jump.... However even though i don't do it very often this is the highest i have jumped at 41.3 inches 💪

Only did this after doing a shoulder session for a bit of fun, but i might try this more often 👌
