As of right now, I do not look like this, I’m retaining water, I’m dehydrated and to top it off, I’m fighting the flu ♀️
Body fluctuations accrue mostly when it is under stress.
Understanding how your body works is key. I have yet to know my OWN body and every now and then I find foods that really mess me up, which leads to my IBS to flare then comes the bloating.
These last few days have been a struggle mentally 🦖
But remind yourself to embrace “ the suck” in whatever you are going through...
Life, trying to hit a PR, com prep feels, if you’re trying to loose weight etc... because after “the suck” comes the success
