Gooood morning my luvs!! 🤗💗 I have been going through my DM’s lately trying to answer all your guy’s questions. I really try my best to respond to each & every one of you! There are a few questions that I receive on a daily basis & I thought it would be best if I just answered my most popular questions in this post! ☺️👉🏼
1️⃣ How many times a week do you train? I try & workout anywhere from 5-6 days a week. However, I believe it is important to listen to your body & understand when you need to take a rest day.
2️⃣ What does your workout split look like? I train legs 3 times a week (with a focus on glutes) & I train my upper body 2-3 times a week. It’s important to make your upper body hurt as much a priority as your lower body!!
3️⃣ What is your favorite glute exercise? I swear by barbell hip thrusts. Within the last year I started to incorporate them into my routine & I wish I had done it sooner!! They are extremely effective & have been my secret to glute gains.
4️⃣ How often do you take your supplements? I take protein twice a day! Once in the morning with my breakfast & again after my training session. I also take @pescience Prolific & High Volume before each training session to give me energy!
5️⃣ How long have you been working out? I have been lifting weights for 3 years! It has taken a very long time to see the results I have wanted, but I encourage you to be patient because everything worth having takes time. -

TARİFİ:
Tavuk snitzel tarifi için; tavuk göğsünü orta kalınlıkta enlemesine kes ve güzelce yıka. Yıkadığın dilimleri süzülmesi için süzgece bırak. Suyu süzüldükten sonra önlü arkalı una bulayarak biraz salla ve fazla unun dökülmesini sağla. Yumurtaları geniş ve yayvan tabağa kır. Tamamen una bulanan ve suyu çekilen eti yumurtaya bula, biraz sallayarak fazla yumurtanın akmasını sağla. Daha sonra hazırladığın galeta ununa bula, buladığın tavukların üzerine hafifçe vurarak galeta ununun ete iyice yapışmasını sağla. Tavaya sıvıyağını alıp iyice kızdır. Tavukları önlü arkalı nar gibi kızarıncaya kadar pişir. Tavuk snitzel servise hazır.

BOULDER SHOULDERS:
The first exercise is a variation of a lateral raise. Bend over slightly and drive with your elbows, it hits the medial delt just 👌🏻 The last three exercises I did as a burn out and my shoulders were cryinnn. Make sure you keep your shoulders depressed (down) to minimize trap involvement!

🍽️ ROASTED RED PEPPER HUMMUS 🍽️
Here’s a fit and fresh recipe the whole fam bam will love (and inhale bc it’s soooo tasty 😋)
Hummus is one of my absolute faaaaavorite things to have in my fridge because I am such a snacker (guilty as charged, oh well 🤷🏽‍♀️)
Store bought hummus is awesome because it is fast, tasty, and you get a great breakdown on the nutrition factoids.
HOWEVER, a lot of the time, there are some extra ingredients in that hummus to help extend its freshness and shelf-life.
What I love so much about making my own hummus is that I know every single thing that goes into, and I can tweak the recipe to my liking. It’s a create your own adventure!
ANYWHOS, try making this recipe or your own variation of it at home and let me know what you think!! —
🔅 1 can of chickpeas (also called garbanzo beans)
🔅 about 5-8 oz of roasted red peppers
🔅 1-2 cloves of garlic, peeled
🔅 2 T tahini (sesame paste/butter)
🔅 juice of 1 lemon
🔅 2-4 T olive oil (or alternative oil of your choice)
🔅 salt n peppa to taste

🔆 drain and rinse chickpeas
🔆 OPTIONAL: shuck chickpeas of outer shell/skin (some people choose to do this; I don’t because it adds a creaminess to the hummus and it’s time consuming)
🔆 combine all ingredients EXCEPT OLIVE OIL in food processor
🔆 OPTIONAL: if you want your hummus a little spicy, add in about 1 t of crushed red pepper flakes
🔆 pulse a few times to roughly combine ingredients 🔆 turn food processor on medium and slowly pour in olive oil until hummus comes together smoothly and is no longer chunky
🔆 serve and enjoy with pita chips, your favorite veggies, or on your favorite sammie!
🔆 store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks (if it even lasts that long lol)

TARİFİ:
Çikolatalı puding tarifi için ; küçük bir tencereye çikolata ve tereyağ hariç tüm malzemeyi koy ve soğukken karıştır. Orta hararetli bir ateşte pudingi sürekli çırpma teliyle karıştırarak pişir. Kaynama noktasına yaklaşırken tereyağını ve çikolataları küçük küçük kırıp içerisine at ve iyice karıştırarak erit. Pudingin kıvamı koyulaşınca ateşten al ve çırpma teliyle 5 dakika havalandırarak devamlı çırpmaya devam et. Pudingi kaselere paylaştır. DIRECTIONS:
For chocolate pudding recipe; Put all the ingredients in a little saucepan except chocolate and butter and mix in cold. In a moderate heat, stir the pudding with a constant whisk. When approaching the boiling point, melt the butter and chocolate into a small small crack and mix well. Take the pudding consistently from the fire and continue with a whirlwind ventilation for 5 minutes. Share the pudding with the cages. Chocolate pudding ready for service. ( Bon Appetit )

Anyway, I have a new favorite soul-crushing #Metcon move, the Burpee Battle Ropes🤢...but so good! All this bodybuilding has left me sooo out of shape 😂....this workout gassed me!
