Jeezez. You have to try this either as a finisher (1 set each) or as a circuit (4 set of each). It’s so challenging and FUN!
Laying Hip Abduction. This is so freaking hard!! You have to push your leg back, is gonna feel as you’re doing a kickback and pausing in the top position to keep the ball from not falling down and at the same time working with your glutes to roll it up & down.
Single Leg Squat. Lean back against the ball and push push push! Just a few reps on this and your legs will be on fire!
Hamstring Curls (on ball). Keep your hips up from the floor and roll the ball in and out from your body. Even your core will do some work here!
Glute Bridge (on ball). Push your hips up and squeeze your glutes and at the same time keep balanced using your core.
Split squat (on ball). Place your hand on something to keep your balance. Don’t hold onto something just a slight touch to help wit the balance. Roll the ball in and out from your body at the same time your squatting your front leg.
As many reps as you can on each exercise!! If you can do 20reps per exercise you’re a freaking champ!! Up for the challenge? Let’s go go go!!

When training glutes I like to take my reps slow & make sure my movements are controlled! To make proper contact in your glutes make sure that you are focusing on that mind muscle connection!!
