Привычки человека - важнейшая характеристика его личности. Привычки складываются в характер, а характер определяет уже судьбу. Хочу рассказать вам о своих привычках, которые помогают мне по жизни.

Сначала мы создаем свои привычки, а потом наши привычки создают нас.

1. Привычка просыпаться рано
Раньше я любила поспать подольше , поваляться в кровати часов так до 2ух.
Но просыпаться рано очень удобно . Во-первых - тишина, все ещё спят и ты можешь заняться своими делами, чтобы никто тебе не мешал .
Во-вторых - время , его становится намного больше и ты успеваешь сделать очень многое ещё утром, пока остальные только раскачиваются, чтобы встать.
В третьих - самочувствие, я чувствую себя намного лучше, если всегда сплю определённое кол-во часов (6-7)
Ко всему вышеперечисленному данная привычка позволяет быть на шаг впереди остальных.

2. Привычка планировать.
Планирование позволяет сэкономить много времени и сделать много дел . Сейчас я уже не могу представить свою жизнь без To do списка на день. Я всегда записываю что мне нужно сделать, куда съездить и что посмотреть сегодня или в ближайшее время. Это позволяет намного быстрее двигаться к своим целям - не откладывая дела в долгий ящик.

3. Привычка быть пунктуальной во всем.
Так сложилось, что я очень не люблю опаздывать и люблю сдавать все дела в срок. Для меня пунктуальность – это уважение и вежливое отношение к людям.
Будучи пунктуальным, люди начинают доверять и понимают, что на тебя можно положиться.

Привычки очень сильно влияют на нашу жизнь. С полезными привычками можно намного быстрее добраться до своей цели. Вредные же , напротив, замедляют твой темп. Поэтому советую как можно быстрее определить свои вредные и полезные привычки, и вредные - устранить, а полезные - приумножить. И опять же, все зависит от нас самих, привычки - 100% !) What an amazing achievement. John’s story. Had John in for the last 5 weeks. John had knee surgery in January (lateral release and cartilage removed). Unfortunately John didn’t have much therapy input afterwards and was left with a significant dysfunction of his left knee and compensatory patterns. He could only bend his knee ever so slightly and everything in his day life from walking to getting out of chairs was affected. So today we reached an amazing landmark in his rehab. Achieving a full cycle on the bike means now we can really accelerate his rehab look at the difference between video 1 & 2 taken 1 week apart. He has worked extremely hard and been very dedicated in the last 5 weeks and is now walking pain free, driving, able to walk up and downstairs. He is reclaiming his life back. В интернете много спорных статей о том, правда ли 21 дня достаточно, чтобы изменить жизнь к лучшему? Вы должны понимать, что 21 день – это своего рода испытательный срок. Хватит ли у вас силы воли и нужна ли вы эта привычка. Ведь не всегда то, что мы желаем, оказывается в последующем приемлемым для нас. Пример из моей жизни: Вегетарианцем я стала как раз таки по этой системе 21 день. Начала же сразу с сыроедения(кто не знает, употребление пищи без тепловой обработки). Продержалась 14 дней, пока родители не узнали и не дали звездюлей😅 Остальные 7 дней, а в дальнейшем и 3 года была вегетарианкой. Вывод: система работает, а дальше придерживаться привычки или нет, уже зависит от вас и обстоятельств🙌

I will just have a salad!! SALADS, SMOOTHIES, GRANOLA BARS, VEGETABLE CRISPS. All the epitome of healthy living, right? So many things these days are marketed as the "better" option, the option to choose for "healthy people".

Often, choosing the Salad, or Smoothie can be healthier in many regards. It's just also great to be mindful that sometimes, the Salad or the Smoothie option may have sneaky added ingredients or in this case, be MORE in calories, and more in SUGAR and fat.⠀

At the end of the day, to lose weight or gain weight, your body needs a calorie deficit or surplus, so along with making the "HEALTHIER CHOICES", being mindful of calories & the nutrients could really help too.⠀

This post in no regards recommending a McDonald's Chicken Legend as part of a healthy lifestyle. Witajcie! Uznałam dziś, ze będę raz na jakiś czas robić post o książce. Nie nastawiajcie się jakoś super, bo lubię delektować się nimi i czytać miesiącami jedna 😇. Dziś o książce Michała Michalskiego (@michalmichalskiofficial ). Jest to bardzo krótka i niewielka książka(wlicz jeszcze dużo obrazków i tabelek), ale za to bardzo treściwa. I za to ja szanuje 👌. Nigdy nie lubiłam książek fantasy jak „Gra o tron”, gdzie Martin potrafił opisywać pokój na 6 stron 😏. Nudziło mnie taki czułam ze nic z tego nie wyciągnę do życia, nauczy mnie to tylko by nie sięgać już po książki tego autora(i tu pewnie jakoś tracę połowe followersow). Wiec od zawsze interesowałam się nawykami i zanim przeczytałam „Jak zmienić nawyki i wzmocnić silna wole” moim must read była „siła nawyku”. Po przeczytaniu zrozumiałam ze więcej wiedzy i praktycznych rad ma ta krótka książka. 📚 Zatem serdecznie polecam, dostępna nawet u autora! Pewnie dla wielu z was tylko na jedna noc, ale lekcje na całe życie.
