When dieting here’s a couple of things to consider:
👉🏽 Your training sessions are there to RETAIN as much muscle as possible, they’re not about output.
👉🏽 Lift as heavy as possible whilst maintaining perfect execution.
👉🏽 your fat loss should be dictated by your nutrition and output, steps.
👉🏽 You should still strive for progression.
On the topic of progression this is my second attempt at progressing this move. Started at 6 reps, 2nd attempt was 6 again, this, my third attempt another frustrating 6 but it’s coming. This @hammerstrengthukofficial Incline Press down @muscleworksorpington is probably my favourite movement right now.
