Hips and Hamstrings on Sunday 29th April 10.30am
Excited to be teaching my workshop at Amersham Common Village Hall created to find more movement and strengthen muscles that have tightened through running sitting for long periods of time and cycling Over the years our hips and hamstrings can begin to tighten. We'll look at ways at creating more movement, strength and flexibility in the spine, hips and hamstrings.
We'll flow through some sequences moving with intention and then begin to slow down holding the poses for a little longer finding more space and balance. Then we'll meditate and end with a long Savasana. Beginners are very welcome and no previous yoga experience is necessary. Cost is £20.00. Free parking on site.

Previously only worked upto 120kg for 2. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I hardly ever max out. This shows that not maxing out but working in a slightly lower weight does increase your strength. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
