Затем, спустя некоторое время.. БАЦ, и я уже АКРОБАТКА!!! И здесь начались самые интересные моменты моей жизни!
Я получила звание « Кандидата Мастера Спорта в Спортивной Акробатике» ☑️
Участвовала в Республиканских Чемпионатах Казахстана 🏆
Результаты были вполне крутыми 🥇☺️
Я безумно влюбилась в этот вид спорта. Как же он меня до сих пор вдохновляет 💥
Акробатика - спорт захватывающий дух! Уверена, благодарю спорту я приобрела и раскрыла в себе множество духовных качеств, не говоря уже о физических)
1. Стала сильнее духом! ✔️
2. Приобрела Силу воли✔️ .
3. Дисциплина✔️
4. Контроль эмоции✔️ (например, боязнь публики на выступлениях) Отключаешь все лишние мысли о взглядах чужих людей, и идёшь будто ни в чем не бывало выполнять свою задачу! 💪🏻
5. И да, я стала жёстче характером😂👊🏻 даже если умираешь, встала и идёшь на треню ПАХАТЬ! НИКОГДА НЕ НОЙ, никому твои сопли не сдались!! Не существует слов «Не могу», есть «Не хочу» «Не умею» «Боюсь»
‼️ Поэтому, если ты хочешь достойных результатов, гордо стоять на пьедестале награждений, ТРУДИСЬ!
Конечно же, на тот момент это не сильно замечалось, в силу моего ребячества, зато сейчас всё отчетливо наблюдается!) Так что, любой опыт жизни, в конце концов выстраивает нашу личность.

Things can get quite confusing when you are upside down. .
.
My friend @erika.gasztonyi (she is teaching a Handstand workshop at @crossfitsantamonica Feb 16 ...*shameless promo*) that all hand-balancing is, placing your center of weight over your center of support. So, your center of weight is your hips just about two inches below your belly button and your support is your hands. The center of your support then would be about mid-hand. Of course you are using your whole hand to balance, however you want your weight centered over the knuckles on your palms so that you have room to make mistakes and still save your balance. If for example you were to place all of your weight in your heels while standing and someone tried to knock you over it would be fairly easy. Likewise, if you were standing on your tip toes vs your weight being center evenly over the arches of your feet.

Now that you understand the concept and importance of the placement of our hips being centered over your knuckles let’s get to the drill. .
.
Sit down on the floor facing the wall. Come onto your tip toes so that just the balls of your feet are touching the wall. This is 🔑 key to finding the correct distance from the wall! Then mark the spot where your knees were and place your hands there. Spread your shoulder blades and draw your ribs and navel towards your spine. Shift your shoulders over your knuckles and then kick up. Push your hands into the floor and keep your core strongly pulled in. Keeping your legs at least hips distance apart, bend your knees and set the balls of your feet on the wall. Then, begin to move your pelvis. Allow your butt soften and move towards the wall and banana 🍌 and then squeeze it and point your tailbone towards the ceiling and find a straight line. Take video of yourself doing it so that you can compare what you feel to what you are actually doing. When you feel like you have found a straight line, begin to add the legs. Squeeze and hold as you extend your leg. Eventually lifting both legs. .

I’ll take a 20 second hold chatting with @thegrimmscientist about delicious breakfasts and lack of foods in our bellies while upside down. Grimm told me to be relaxed and calm. Little did he know tat talking about food is my favorite way to relax and not thing about how terrified I was.
