I fast walk everywhere, I take really quick showers, rush to prepare my food, and I try to do my make up and hair as fast as possible.
But this weekend I've set myself a goal to try and SLOW DOWN. Literally, I was power walking at work, caught myself in action, and slowed down mid walk (obviously I probably looked very odd but hey ho gurl got goals).
Another thing I slowed myself doing is my hair- it's something I tend to hate doing because I feel like it's a waste of time (but I still do it coz I want to look cute). But it was actually really nice to give myself the luxury to not be in a rush to get anywhere.
It is sooo important to actually take in what's going on around you because, at the end of the day, who knows what turn life will take and maybe the things you get annoyed doing might be the things you wish you could do/have🤯.
Six month from now your life can be so much better mentally, physically and financially.
Know that you have the power to change it all one day at a time. #thinkpositively
