Bad days and consistency.
I have had a few shitty days with my nutrition and overall mental mindset.
Why do I mention it? Because E V E R Y T H I N G
starts with your mindset! If your mindset is not right, you will struggle.
However, because of accountability and habit, I am showing up - every day.
And even when I am having a few bad days, doesn't mean that I should throw in the towel and just give up! No! You keep going.
The truth is, your progress will not disappear because of one bad day or week! There is no "end point" or "destination " - there are only goals and stations. So stop, readjust, and get back up! Bad days are just another stop on the journey.
I also find that when I am struggling with my mindset (aka overthinking and meditating on the wrong things!), it helps to do something creative, or encouraging another! ❤
So I decided to do a few clips to help you with some at home slider exercises that is AMAZING for core and glutes!
1️⃣ CORE - low plank side to side. Keep tummy pulled in, stabilise your shoulders and just tilt the hips from side to side. End with pike ups
2️⃣ Start with plank position, and just do normal mountain climbers, progress to cross overs.
3️⃣ GLUTES and OUTTER THIGH, INNER THIGH lift hips, extend one leg out whilst keeping one bent. Slide extended leg out, in and up again. Repeat . Squeeze hips/bum when you come back in.
4️⃣ Pelvic upward tilts for that bum! Keep legs at a slight 45° angle for a little more challenge, or at 90°. Just lift and squeeze!
