Breakfast truly sets the tone of my day when it comes to whether it’s going to be a nourishing, clean one or a fatty mess of sugar and carbs 😅
When I was a teenager I thought of plain chicken broccoli and beans when I thought ‘healthy’, but thanks to the health industry booming in the last few years we all know that’s definitely not true.
Healthy breakfasts can be QUICK (under 5 mins to make & consume) AND be truly delicious as well 😍🤤 Oats, 2 ingredient pancakes, chia pudding, banana muffins, all different sorts of toasts... 🍅🍳🥯🍌 If ya can’t whip up something yum and quick from the ingredients in your cupboard then I suggest
A. Start shopping for basics like oats, eggs, fruits, but milks and toppings and
B. Start following great nutrition/foodie instagrams for inspo and ideas 😊
