As a new mom, you tend to get wrapped up in the hustle, putting yourself last on the things that needed to “get done/taken care of.” It took me six months in the motherhood world to realize (the hard way) that something needed to change in my daily routine. .
I was always exhausted. I never worked out. I was still rocking that 5 month pregnancy belly.😳 Nutrition wasn’t even something I focused on because I was too busy making sure the dishes got done or the laundry got folded 🤷🏽♀️ .
There was no way I could keep up with taking care of someone else while I was constantly running on empty. .
I made a decision. To show up. To be consistent. To eat better. To move my body every day. I made the decision to do this for ME. To be healthy and happy and the best possible mama I could be & all that he deserves! .
I have created a habit- a daily routine. I have more energy. I’m stronger. I’m determined. And I’m more motivated to keep crushing my goals now, than ever before. 💪🏽I feel like me again! Most importantly, I’m HAPPY with myself. 👏🏽 .
