Happy Friday Eve 🙌

Woohoo that’s right, its early morning work out time again! (Well at lest for the next couple of days with my partners hours changing all time 🤦‍♀️) It still blows me away how my mindset and energy has changed to loving morning workouts, compared to say 2 or 3 months ago I could not think of any worse, I used to struggle every morning getting out of bed even at 7 or 7.30am, until I started taking my Wholefood capsules then my energy increased and my sleep improved dramatically. I’m so glad I made that decision to take charge of my health.

I've cut sugar out this week (for those who know slimming world I'm on day 3 of 0 syns). On the ketogenic diet, your carbohydrate intake is kept very low—so when those carbs aren't present, your body must utilize another form of energy to keep things ticking. ... In the absence of carbs, the liver takes fatty acids in the body and converts them to ketone bodies, also known as ketones, as an energy source.

💜Non scale victories!💜 In the past year plus I have only lost 20 lbs.... However I have gone from 22/24 ➡️ 14/16. A bra band of 44➡️40. No lie my shoe size was up to 8.5➡️ 7/7.5. I’ve only been at my most comfortable a 38 band. Goals are in site. My body is craving something more, something different. I decided I’m going to try a new nutrition plan for the next month and then decide if I’ll stay where I am or move forward with new things. My body is speaking to me so I must listen and give it a try 🙏🏻🙌🏻 off to take some new before photos!

Wanting to take a moment and talk about comparison and idolizing people on social media. Too often we fall in love with accounts and start to compare ourselves to that account. Or wish we had their life. Sometimes we use that account as inspiration or motivation, and that is a healthy relationship. .

But next time you find yourself wishing your life was just as good as someone else’s take a moment and pause. Think about why you want that life. Is it something you dream doing, is their skin what you want, is their lifestyle your #goals? Take those thoughts and start to mold and create a sheet of goals for yourself.
