My gorgeous weekend project, bone broth! 48-hours of simmering, turned into delicious Sunday dinner soup (with leftovers) and frozen broth cubes. So much truth 💚. Healthy is such a broad term and yet the issue still remains that Society tells us exactly what “healthy” means and then the world and every individual thinks that if they don’t fit into the mold then it makes them unhealthy, worthless and as if they are not enough. .
I pull the BS flag 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 on that one!! We all have our own bodies and our own souls which means there are tons of ways to take care of yourself on this planet. TONS!! that said, be sure to choose and do things that make you feel good on the inside and the outside without judgement and without rules. Something that might make you feel good and happy might not feel the same for someone else. That’s the beauty of life. We are all different! It’s what makes the world an exciting place, how people keep learning and how we all keep evolving! .
So to recap...We all have our own ways of being and feeling so just let that be. There is no need to fit into society’s tiny box. There’s a whole world of possibilities out there that you get to explore...so go do it! .

So proud of this little man for coming along with mum and dad to run his own spartan race. He absolutely loved every minute of it and you could tell he enjoyed the little challenges set by some of the obstacles 🏅👦🏃‍♂️💪

Our little groovers often watch us or participate with us when we are training in the groove garage or at the park, taking in everything we do and wanting to be part of it

I love that they want to be active and be part of what their mummas are doing. We are leading by example and showing our little people that being active and healthy is part of living a happy life 💃🤸‍♀️👌

By choosing to better ourselves and taking action, we are proving to our kids that our health is a priority and that there is more to life than playing with technology (which seems to be the norm with all our kiddies these days)

When you want something light but packed with flavor!

Thai Chili 🌶️ Tuna w/ Cilantro Lime Sauce! - 2 packets of Thai Chili Tuna
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 2 eggs
- 6 tablespoons almond flour - 2 garlic cloves ——————
- 1 cup of Greek yogurt
- 1 handful of cilantro - 1 juice of lime
- 1 teaspoon of olive oil
- 1 punch of sea salt
——————-
Heat pan on medium high heat, combine tuna ingredients into a ball, place on oiled pan and flatten. Flip when side is good and brown.

Because you guys ask for it 😁🥕Carrot Ginger Coconut Milk Soup 🥕

I made it again yesterday and took pics of the process while meal prepping. I made a big pot for the week. 🙌🏼


Ingredients (approx. 😅):
8-10 medium carrots
2 small onions
Ginger
1 small garlic clove
1 can coconut milk
3/4 of vegetable broth
1 tsp of coconut oil
1 tbsp of Curry powder
Himalayan salt
Toppings (optional): sunflower and pumpkin seeds

1️⃣Prep the veggies (peel and cut them, I recommend to cut the carrots in 4)
2️⃣Sauteé the onions and garlic in coconut oil and 1/3 cup of coconut milk
3️⃣Add 1.5 liters of warm water and the vegetable broth cube with the other ingredients
4️⃣Bring it to a boil
5️⃣Low the heat, simmer, slightly cover it and let it cook until the carrots are tender
6️⃣Blend the mix in batches
7️⃣Transfer it to a bowl and enjoy 😋
