🎶🔊Working both Anterior and Posterior portions of the body: When it comes to mid/upper back and neck discomfort, this may be felt on the posterior portion of the body but indeed may be caused by the Anterior portion of the body. ‘Pain’ can be very deceiving for where you ‘feel’ it may not be the root cause of it. ✨
We store ‘behind’ us things we want to hide from the world. Like an over crowded attic at some point you have to clear out those old things before stuff that doesn’t belong begin to grow and accumulate, our bodies are the same. -
When we don’t face our ‘shadowed’ self and continue to choose to ignore aspects of our past, it can resonate as neck, back, and sciatica pain, just to name a few. We must get to a point were we stop hiding aspects of ourself and learn how to love them, release them, integrate them, and grow from them ✌🏾💚. ✨
- We must learn how to begin looking at ourself wholisically, for we are not just solely our bodies, our minds, our soul but collective aspect of them all.
