it’s my first run in almost two months + i’ll selfie in the bushes if i want to ♀️
i thought i was “back” almost a month ago (see my last post) but that was apparently just a cruel trick on my body + one of the many energetic roller coasters i’ve been on the last few months. while this is physically the worst i’ve ever felt, this is by far the most spiritually connected i’ve felt to a higher power with a purpose greater than myself. i’ve been going down all the woo-woo rabbit holes in an attempt to find healing + answers + i gotta say, i don’t hate it.
tonight was a move in the right direction. my throat is more swollen than i’d like it to be but the fact that i even *felt* like i had enough energy to get out the door was reason enough to go. three slow, but accomplished, miles in the books. ♀️
enjoy every part of your weekend, friends. if you can run, run. if you need to rest, rest. if you need t dance in your kitchen, call me + i’ll be right over to teach you my signature move, “the microwave”. just be in the moment you’re in, fully. there’s a lesson to be learned if you keep an open mind + even more open heart.
