Eggs (2 boiled)
Strawberries (4 sliced)
Gluten free flour (2 cups)
Salt (½ tsp)
Baking powder (3 tsp)
Almond milk (1½ cups)
Butter (4 tablespoons, melted and cooled)
Combine dry ingredients.
Mix together the milk and eggs, stir in butter. Combine wet and dry ingredients.
Add additional milk until you get a better a little thicker than a pancake batter.
Spread a ladleful onto waffle iron and bake for 3-5 min. Serve immediately and enjoy! Pro-tip: If you don’t have any concern about dairy, sub the almond milk for buttermilk. Realness: After I had my second baby I felt uncomfortable in my own skin due to baby weight. I didn't gain a ton of weight, but it was enough for me to feel a little unhealthy.
