Shoulders and LIIFT Intervals for 30 minutes this morning with a core workout to finish! Whomever said stretchy bands are easy was lying! 🧠 There is scientific research showing the benefits of walnuts for brain health. Walnuts actually look a bit like brains, but I'm not sure wheter I believe there is a link or it is just coincidence. What do you think? 🤔

I was up at 5am, for a 10k ride through country lanes, and city roads to get to work. The thought of eating this breakfast with a black coffee was pushing me on! I have the worst bicycle at the moment, and these rides are not easy. Especially the hills! 👩🍳Igredientes para 1
1 aguacate hass pequeño o medio grande, mejor si está frío.
1/2 taza de leche vegetal
1 cda o 2 de cacao en polvo, según que tan chocolatudo lo quieras (yo usé @cacao.vital)
1 scoop de proteína en polvo, yo usé @bonebrothprotein vainilla porque no consumo la whey (opcional)
1 cdita de extracto de vainilla
40 gr de zucchini en cubos cocido al vapor y congelado (esto lo hice hoy para añadir cremosidad y nutrientes, pero es opcional)
Pizca de sal rosada
Pueden añadir stevia natural según qué tan dulce lo quieran. 👉🏼Procesar o licuar hasta que todo quede bien integrado.
👩🍳Toppings
15 gr de nueces, yo esta vez usé #avellanas
10 gr de semillas, yo usé de calabaza
Fruta al gusto, yo prefiero con frutos rojos como arándanos, fresas, mora, esta vez puse #granada
1 cda de cereal, yo usé arroz soplado simple
