Hej, hej, dzień d🎃bry! Dawno na moim profilu nie gościły żadne placuszki... Więc nadrabiam! ❤️ A z racji na sezon dyniowy postanowiłam, że to właśnie ją wykorzystam w przepisie 😍 Jeszcze niedawno mówiłam, że nigdy nie jadłam dyni, a dziś mówię, że jestem zakochana! 🎃🤩 A placuszki wyszły naprawdę puszyste (zdjęcie obok ➡️) 😋🙈

Jak zrobiłam? ➡️ Klasycznie 2 jajka, które ubiłam na pianę wymieszałam z 3 łyżkami mąki. Następnie zblendowałam dynię (wcześniej upiekłam połowę dyni bez miąższu i pestek, pokrojoną w kostkę i wszystko to wrzuciłam do blendera) i łyżkę mleka. Konstystencja była mega piankowa 😂🙈 Ale ostatecznie wyszło pysznie! Z masłem orzechowym od @krukam (miłość! ❤️), winogronkami i paluszkami czekoladowymii 🙏💞 Niebo!

My complete and favorite home breakfast done in my 2nd home💛 thin arepa (arepa paisa) 1/4 avocado, queso fresco( skim milk cheese)which I found at Target and a poached organic egg! 🛫 TIP‼️for arepa lovers load up your freezer! bring back arepas and keep them ready to just heat up! Especially if you’re lazy like me and don’t want to make them from scratch!!

I do intermittent fasting throughout the week, so most mornings I don't have breakfast. Usually just a cup of black coffee, or my Slim. Drinking about 20 oz of water first thing in the morning, really gets my days going, especially if I've planned a walk with my kids or a workout; by 9 am I've already gotten half of my daily water intake done!
I've been seeing some delicious recipes pop up and in my newsfeed of overnight oats, and wanted to give it a try. This was so good! I thought it tasted just sweet enough by itself without having to add maple syrup, or I guess you could do Agave too, but to me, this was perfect as it was!
Gluten free rolled oats (I used Bob's Red Mill) Chia seeds, I used unsweetened Almond coconut milk, and added blueberries and bananas. I was so looking forward to scarfing this down this morning! Super yum!

Guys, this is so incredible. 1 cup toasted buckwheat groats (you already buy them like that, so no cooking), 1 cup unsweetened coconut flakes, 1/2 cup tahini, 1/2 cup dry mulberries (bulk barn), 1/2 cup dates. Put all that in a blender, Pulse, and you get this amazing raw granola that you can store in a jar in your fridge and have with either plant milk, or chia seed pudding, or both in my case. Chia Seed Pudding: 1/4 cup chia seed, 1 cup plant milk, some vanilla or any spice you wish, give it a stir and let sit for 15-30 minutes or over night if you wish. Side note: if you add a sweetener like brown rice syrup or maple syrup and cacao powder, you get the most amazing chocolate pudding rich in Omega 3s and nothing at all unhealthy that tastes just as good if not better than the real thing.
