Hi everyone! So, I am embarking on a 40 day rebooting of my system as part of a program to detox that has been prescribed by my reflexologist. I’ve been doing well but this term and exams got me good. My adrenals, liver and gut need some TLC. So what does that entail? Heaps of GOOD PLANT FOODS. I’ve been inspiring myself by watching all my favorite documentaries and reading super inspiring books such as: The Big Juice Experiment, Fat Sick and Nearly Dead, What The Health, Forks over Knives & some others. They are super informative and always get me so excited to be living this way and to be spreading the PLANT POWERED MESSAGE .
So the specifics are: only WHOLE FOODS for 40 days (which isn’t too hard as I eat predominantly Whole Foods). No coffee (which I must admit saw me through exams and is going to be haaaard to drop), no refined foods, no processed foods, and lower in sodium (I rely on soy sauce waaaay to much in life ). I’ll be eating high raw during this time with daily supplements of a daily green juice (comprised of celery, lemon, ginger, apple and greens), Moringa, Baobab, Raw Cacao, a probiotic, and B12. I’ll also be eating heaps of sweet taters, avocado and seeds and legumes. And greens. All the greens. .
This is a physical releasing process but also an emotional/energetic releasing process. One that my mom has jumped on board with, too.
