🐟 Wild caught fish – fantastic for reducing unhealthy levels of inflammation and improving insulin sensitivity, omega 3 fats can fight depression and anxiety, promote better brain health, reduce asthma and even protect us from illnesses like cancer and heart disease.
🌱Spices and herbs - a delicious way to enhance your health in so many different ways
Local farmers markets are excellent for local fresh produce.
