I have had a lot of busy mornings 🏃🏼♀️lately as I’m sure you have too!! I’d much rather catch a little more sleep and get myself organized than cook breakfast 👨🍳 in the morning. On the other hand I don’t want to pick up any fast food or eat processed garbage and sometimes - especially when it’s cooler- I want something heartier than a smoothie!
With my recipes I can quickly make up a jar the night before so its totally ready to go in the morning and breakfast is a breeze. Another option is to whip it up in the morning simply by adding milk - hot or cold. It’s been so nice on these busy mornings to grab one of my wholesome packets, stir in hot almond milk (personal preference), add some fruit (unless it's already included in the mix) and any of my prepackaged toppings. I can head out the door with my delicious 😋 jar knowing I’m nourishing my body with healthy fats, fiber, protein, antioxidants and whole grains which will get me through my morning and beyond.
