Bone Broth! So good for digestion, immunity, arthritis, and so much more! 🐖🐄🐔
It's really so simple to make & you can adjust it and add any ingredients you like! I made this bone broth with beef bones and you can actually buy a package of bones from Whole Foods or most health food stores. 🐄 You can also just use the carcass after a chicken or turkey dinner!
1️⃣ Add the bones to your Crock-Pot or slow cooker
2️⃣ Fill the slow cooker with filtered water, bones should be covered, but don't fill it all the way to the top
3️⃣ Add in any veggies you want! I used onions and garlic in this one, but you could also add celery, carrots, etc.
4️⃣ Add sea salt (for electrolytes) and pepper
5️⃣ Add herbs if you want to! I used rosemary here
6️⃣ Cook on low for about 24 hours
7️⃣ Strain the broth with a mesh strainer
8️⃣ Let your broth cool before storing in refrigerator or freezer
9️⃣ Reheat whenever you want to enjoy some health promoting bone broth!
