♀️FITNESS TIP OF THE WEEK♂️
Do you tend to over-complicate things when it comes to your health & fitness? STOP THAT And Keep It Simple Silly! (K.I.S.S.)
Nutrition: No need to count calories or do anything crazy! Focus on eating whole natural foods, limit sugars, eat healthy fats, have healthy food ready to go, prioritize eating veggies, limit carbs on days that you are less active and eat them around your workouts, don’t drink calories, try not to eat process foods, I CAN GO ON ALL DAY
Exercise: Do things that you enjoy! Try to do moderate activity for 30 min at least 3x week, mix cardio and weight training activities, work full body during your lifts, interval training is preferred over steady state cardio for fat loss.
General Health: Drink plenty of water, sleep 7-8 hours a night, do activities that bring you joy and happiness, be thoughtful about the food you eat, have a meditative practice, practice being Present Try these for yourself! #jsfit
