A little less than a month ago, I decided to throw all the excuses away and REALLY focus on getting myself HEALTHY! I wasn’t super concerned about weight loss. I wanted to focus on maintaining a healthy lifestyle where taking care of myself, eating clean and exercising are non-negotiables in my daily routine but having occasional days where I ate something not so healthy (I’m not calling these “cheats” because I’m not doing anything wrong!) doesn’t have to destroy my progress. That shift in my mindset was SO NECESSARY!
I always fall off around the holidays because it’s SO easy to say, “Well, I already ate bad today, and we have leftovers, and there’s another party Friday, and then the week after that is that party, so I might as well just eat like crap and start over on January 1st!” ♀️ .
Sound familiar to anyone? You guys - Thanksgiving and Christmas are both ONE DAY!! You’re allowed to enjoy a meal with your family without totally destroying your progress! THAT is what I love about Arbonne!!! Other companies might teach you how to lose weight fast, but not necessarily in a healthy way.
