Ladies, let’s talk hair for a moment. I’ve had lots of people comment recently about how long my hair had gotten to which I say Thank You
Over a year ago I did a hair detox where I stopped using any chemicals on my hair. From shampoo, conditioner, and products, it all got kicked to the curb! This was a painful process that really tested my dedication to this new level of toxin free living. My hair was greasy, like disgustingly greasy, for 3 weeks but then one day the clouds parted and my hair was free, free from the gunk, and free to be as nature intended. And yes, I’m pretty sure the angels sang on that day.
For a while I was using an all natural shampoo and conditioner but I just switched to Young Living’s Copaiba Vanilla moisturizing line and I love it!!! I’m also oil training... aka, wash your hair only once a week. Crazy, I know, but it totally works!!! On the other 6 nights I brush my hair thoroughly with a boars hair brush from root to tip to distribute the natural oils on my scalp and when I wake up my hair is soft and smooth and the oils have naturally conditioned my hair
The other thing I do for my hair is take Sulfurzyme... that’s a whole other post so I will leave it at that for now. But seriously though, every girl needs this in their life. It’s like Young Livings hair, skin, and nails supplement 🧖🏻♀️🧖🏻♀️🧖🏻♀️
I haven’t kicked the heat on my hair yet but I’m hoping to be able to do that too. For now a major reduction in the heat has made a definite positive impact on my hair health
