PIYAZ-TURECKA SAŁATKA Z FASOLI

SKŁADNIKI: ⚫250 g białej fasoli Piękny Jaś Tyczny @kupiec_pl suche nasiona
⚫1 łyżeczka soli
⚫2 małe czerwone cebule, przekrojone na pół, a następnie w cieniutkie piórka
⚫1/2 pęczka posiekanej natki pietruszki
⚫2 gałązki pomidorków charry pokrojonych w ćwiartki
NA SOS
⚫6 łyżek czerwonego octu winnego
⚫10 łyżek oliwy, np. Non Filtrato Monini
⚫mały ząbek czosnku, posiekany
⚫sól, pieprz

PRZYGOTOWANIE:
1️⃣Namocz fasolę przez noc. Następnie ugotuj ją do miękkości (potrwa to ok. 40 min.), posól wodę po 15 minutach gotowania. Umieść wszystkie składniki sosu w słoiku, zakręć go i energicznie wstrząśnij. Odcedź fasolę, przełóż do miski i polej większością sosu póki jest jeszcze gorąca. Wymieszaj.
2️⃣W małej misce umieść pokrojoną cebulę i natkę i zalej resztą sosu. Wymieszaj i odstaw do macerowania na 15 minut. Dzięki temu cebula stanie się łagodniejsza.
3️⃣Przełóż cebulę z natką do fasoli, dodaj pokrojone pomidory i wymieszaj.

TRYING TO STAY FIT OR LOSE WEIGHT DURING THE HOLIDAYS?

For most people this can be a challenging time of year. Maybe your job has high end of year expectations like sales quotas or big projects, or seeing family triggers your anxiety and puts you on edge. Maybe the social pressures to go out, dress up and mingle in crowds makes u want to drink your nerves away.

There’s a 100 reasons why the holidays could throw you off track of reaching your health goals. So here’s 5 tips to help you manage the next month.

1️⃣Tale your vitamins! The last thing you want is to get sick during this time of year which would just make everything else worse. So make sure you’re taking a multi vitamin daily! I also love taking B vitamins which have been shown to help balance your mood and magnesium to help me sleep better.
2️⃣Switch your cup of coffee out for a green protein smoothie or juice! Caffeine can make anxiety worse, so this could be a perfect time to take a little break and fuel your body with some extra micronutrients. Vanilla pea protein, spinach, cucumber, oranges and half a banana is a great choice. And the good news- the flavored protein and fruit completely mask the taste of the leafy greens (if they’re not your favorite!)
3️⃣Take a walk during your lunch break! Especially if your work place is a stressful place- removing yourself from that environment and moving your body, even if just for a few minutes, can help alleviate that pressure and put your mind back in a positive space. Plus, it will help keep you focused and more productive.
4️⃣Lean to say NO! This includes not saying “maybe” when you really want to say “no”! When you learn to say no to the things you really don’t want to do, without explanation, you will immediately feel free and unburdened. It’s a great feeling- try it!
5️⃣See a therapist! I know this one is a little random but seriously, EVERYONE could benefit from talking to an objective professional. Therapy has taught me how to change my thinking, which then helps to change my actions, creating a much happier life for myself!

Please... get in a workout and fill your belly with some healthy food, because at the end of the day or the week, you will still figure out how to get the dishes done, the presents bought, your work finished, and the decorations put up. If you save yourself for last, I know you won’t take care of yourself (from experience 🙋🏻‍♀️). You can’t show up as the best, holly jolly, version of YOU this season if you stop yourself from taking care of you, and showing up as the best you is the best gift you can give xoxo 🎁

Have you heard about intermittent fasting?? So I started two weeks ago, some days (like the weekend) i skip it. Basically you start the day with water/tea or black coffee☕️.. There are different ways to do it. The one i try is, fasting for 16 hours and eating for 8 hours. Meaning I mostly start to eat at 11.30 till 19.30. They say you get lots of energy, no energy dips, easy way to stay in shape, and anti aging 🤷‍♀️ I Let’s see... I actually did this in Bali a lot, without knowing it🐸. I started my days surfing till 11 then breakfast. Now it’s a bit different, in an office, but after two weeks it’s easy. Just getting used to is it! Breakfast of champions this morning ❤️❤️ woke up STARVING after working until close last night and getting home at 3.30am, and needed to refuel before today’s day shift so I had porridge with aalllll the toppings - banana, peanut butter and frozen fruit (which I warmed slightly in the microwave so it was all juicy)

Warum habe ich noch nicht alles zusammen?
Ich wollte doch dieses Jahr zeitig starten.

Jak święta to obowiązkowo kruche ciasteczka 😋 i nie byłabym sobą gdybym czegoś nie wykombinowała😜Tym razem w ruch ze #świąteczny_niezbędnik od @kupiec_pl poszedł groch😊 I to właśnie z grochu powstały te pyszne
POMARAŃCZOWE CIASTECZKA
Składniki:
⚫250g łuskanego grochu @kupiec_pl
⚫100g kandyzowanej skórki pomarańczowej
⚫1 łyżeczka startej skórki z pomarańczy
⚫80g cukru
⚫1 żółtko
⚫1 opakowanie cukru waniliowego
⚫2 łyżki soku z pomarańczy
⚫150g zimnego masła
⚫po szczypcie mielonego cynamonu, gałki muszkatołowej, goździków i imbiru

Z grochu zrobić mąkę czyli zmielić go młynkiem do kawy bądź urządzeniem typu termomix. Wymieszać mąkę z cukrem, cukrem waniliowym oraz przyprawami. Dodać obie skórki z pomarańczy, zimne posiekane masło, żółtko i sok z pomarańczy. Zagnieść szybko ciasto i wstawić je na około 1 godziny do lodówki.
Na stolnicy posypanej mąką rozwałkować ciasto i wycinać z niego ciasteczka. Układać je na blaszce, wyłożonej papierem do pieczenia i piec około 12-15 minut w temperaturze 170-180C. Po wycięciu z piekarnika pozostawić na blaszce do wystygnięcia.
