Body: Basic body ideas to stay healthy this holiday season;
Workout 30 minutes a day.
Eat the healthiest way you can, we all make choices, you know what is bad and you know what kind of a workout you will have to do if you eat that shit.
Go for a walk, it won’t kill you.
Take the stairs, they are steps, its not a big deal.
Drink plenty of water, it helps satiety and flushes out your system.
Wash your hands, don’t be gross.
Make some soup, stop being lazy!
HABITfam, why do you think most of us get sick around this time…. I bet it could because some of us get off of our schedule, we stop caring about what we eat and care about what we drinkin’. Holiday parties, festivity’s, family get togethers, we drink and eat, stop working out, getting less sleep and wonder why our bodies are not cooperating how we want. Start paying attention and stop with these excuses, go and have fun, enjoy life, just remember your WHY!
